Telehealth

The logistics of life keep getting harder.

With COVID-19 and its variances, the world is changing at a quick pace.

Things are not the way they used to be and may never be that way again.

Unemployment, working from home, not working at all – the stress and pressure are overwhelming.

There must be an emotional release valve.

For many, the answer is finding someone with whom to talk.

But the hassle of finding someone qualified and available creates even more stress and uncertainty.

It’s exhausting.

Unexpected benefits…

Many are taking advantage of telehealth to save time and money?

How? Avoid traffic; no parking fees; no babysitting costs.

Saving the commute time by using telehealth allows you to check a couple more things off your to-do list!

And you don’t have to change to leave the house if you are working from home.

Telehealth is a great option for those of us who need logistics to be a little easier.

Driving down the road recently, I heard a commercial say, “COVID stopped many people’s lives.”

For me, it shifted my focus. Instead of working primarily with clients in an office, I took those first few weeks and became a certified telemental health provider. This allows me to provide services to those with a smart phone. That all it takes. If you have access to a computer, all the better to see each other’s faces.

If you have a smart phone and you are ready to get help, reach out. I’m here to provide support.
